The Giant Tech Chinese Company, Xiaomi is already breaking records by it’s Smartphones. India is one of the Country which has contributed the most to the Success of the Company.
Well, the Company, Xiaomi has decided to give it back in some way. Xiaomi, on May 20, 2017, at 9 A.M. has inaugurated its first Mi Home physical store at Phoenix Marketcity Mall in Bengaluru, India.
Mi Home Physical Store is Just like an Offline Store of Xiaomi. As we all know that the Company was selling its Smartphones only online as of now. And due to Flash Sales, many peoples were not able to grab the Smartphone even if they wish to. Well, this isn’t the Problem now, at least not in Bengaluru as the buyers can walk in the Mi Home Store and can buy their desired Products offline. AOL Mail Login
The Company said that it has plans to Open 100 Mi Home Physical Stores in India by next two years. The Company also exclaimed that it would be bringing wider Xiaomi range of products to the Selected Mi Home Stores.
Xiaomi claims that the Number of Sales and Revenue of the First Day is a Milestone itself. The Sales Revenue which is being disclosed by the Company is of Rs. 5 crores which are around $775,000 by selling its products. The Company said that the Figure was mostly contributed by the Smartphones of the Company like Redmi 4/4a, Redmi 3s, Redmi Note3, Redmi Note 4 and other devices.
Around 10,000 People gathered at the Mi Home Store on the First Day itself to get their hands on the Products. It is a large number keeping in mind that it was the First day of Opening of the Mi Home Store.
‘It was an extremely emotional day for all of us at the opening of our first Mi Home store.” Vice President, Mr. Manu Jain, Xiaomi and Managing Director of Xiaomi India, uttered in its inauguration regarding the historic feat of the company. He further added, “I am humbled by the unprecedented outpouring of love from all our Mi Fans who started lining up from 8 AM in the morning. I had a fun filled day with spending time with our fans, billing at the counters for our customers, entertaining people standing in the queue and answering multiple queries at Mi Home. Never did I imagine that with every passing hour we were quietly creating history in the Indian retail market.”
Xiaomi has finally heard its Customers and is now moving towards the Offline markets to fulfill the needs of the Customers. The Company has decided to Open the MI Home Stores in Major Cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai first. Some selected Mi Home stores will also have an experience zone where Customers will be able to experience the Xiaomi Gadgets and devices. It would be exciting to see how the Company does in the offline Markets; it would also be exciting to see how some other Companies which were targeting the Offline Markets will react now.
