Maharashtra Board HSC, SSC Exam Dates announced – Check Time Table, Exam Dates

MSBHSE –  Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education announced the dates of Secondary School Certificate (SSC) and Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC), Board announced HSC exams will begin from February 28, 2017, and end on March 25, 2017, SSC Exams will begin on March 07,2017 and end on March 29, 2017. Maharashtra Board will announce the exam dates and schedule in June month of the previous year. This time board took delayed on releasing the timetable. Maharashtra board also added this time General Knowledge Paper will be an online exam for HSC students.

Gangadhar Mhamane, Chairman, MSBSHSE, Pune, said, “Keeping next year’s election dates in mind, we have decided the SSC and HSC board examination dates and made the announcement. This time, unlike every year, General Knowledge (GK) graded subject board exam paper will not be of pen and paper for HSC students, but the board has decided to conduct it in the online pattern.”

Further Maharashtra board added parents and students are advised to visit divisional board within 15 days if they have any concerns on the exam  dates. Soon board will announce the practical and internal examinations schedule which will be a different timetable for schools and Junior colleges.To get more detailed information of the time table you can visit the official website of MSBHSE mahahsscboard.maharashtra.gov.in.

A senior official said, “The deadline to fill exam application form has been extended. Schools can fill the forms online till September 8. Between September 9 to 16, the exam fees need to be deposited through challan in the bank. By September 23, the online form and bank challan receipts of all students by September 23.”

Students who opted for French as their third language will have exams between 3 PM to 6 PM on the same day, There is one day gap between each paper. Maharashtra board is planning to conduct exams in different regions like Pune, Nagpur, Aurangabad, Mumbai, Kolhapur, Amravati, Nasik, Latur and Konkan region.
